PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT MESSAGE:
With a very heavy heart, owner/proprietor Pat Whyte is putting this wonderful property on the market. So, more reason for you to come out during this show: take a look at the art, look at the property, think of all the ways
you or your friends could use this place.
It is an historic l941 brick schoolhouse, totally transformed into a very cool live/work situation: 2200 square feet of house and gallery, with the best Ukrainian fireplace, a detached huge newer garage with a wonderful studio, perfect for making art or teaching art. Potters, woodworkers, painters, jewelers, with or without families (children love the beautiful lot and adorable gazebo).
Walk to everything: three blocks to a medical clinic, library, grocery, butcher, post office, hardware, gas stations, cheese factory, lovely little golf course, and even walk to bar/restaurants and to the famous choral concerts and fish fries at St. Luke’s! ( Talk about conserving energy!) And just 7 miles to Spring Green and American Players Theater; only 41easy miles from Madison
I will have lots of m.l.s information on site – price is $249,900.
Call me at 608.249.9383 for more information/questions
Thank-you.

DIRECTIONS TO 1220 ST.LUKES, PLAIN, WI., 53577
Take Hwy. 14 west, just past the Spring Green turnoff, look for
Culvers – turn AWAY from Culvers, (save the calories for later!) on
Hwy 23 North. Go seven scenic miles into the tiny town of Plain.
Look for little blue sign that says ‘St. Luke’s Catholic Church’, and
take a left, going up the hill. My gallery is at the intersection of Oak
St. and St. Lukes. In summer it is hidden in the foliage.
You may pull into the driveway (see the garage with purple trim?
Of course, that belongs to the gallery!!!!)
Purple entry door faces away from St. Luke’s.
WELCOME TO WHYTESPACE GALLERY!
